Please note: during holidays and spring break we require 50% deposit and a one week notice for cancellation. Because space is limited and in high demand during these peak seasons, we recommend making reservations as early as possible. Also, please be prepared to put down a 50% deposit which will be non-refundable if not cancelled a week in advance. Non holiday reservations require 48 hour cancellation and $25 no show fee.
